At 28 years old, with a degree in History, he is in peak physical condition. He has been training for over 15 years and assures that consistency is the real secret. "In addition to a balanced diet, I have nutritional monitoring and the support of a doctor friend who specializes in performance," he says.
Standing at 1.77m tall, with an easy smile and high self-esteem, he reveals what he likes most about his own body. "My legs are my favorite, but people usually compliment another part more... haha."
